Merge Market Rush ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") is an Android merge-and-serve market puzzle game developed by Onur Akçakavak. This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you play the App, use ads or purchases, change privacy choices, or contact support.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Android version of Merge Market Rush distributed through Google Play. The game does not require a separate in-app account and does not use an Onur-operated gameplay server, player profile database, chat system, leaderboard server, or cloud backend.

Merge Market Rush is designed as a general-audience puzzle game. We do not knowingly ask players to provide names, addresses, phone numbers, account credentials, or other direct personal profile information inside the App.

This information is used to run the game, remember your settings, and restore your local play experience. Removing the App or clearing app data may delete local information unless platform backup or Google Play services restore it.

4. In-App Purchases

Merge Market Rush may offer optional in-app purchases through Google Play Billing. The current purchase flow is for a non-consumable No Ads entitlement.

Google processes purchases and may collect information necessary to complete the transaction, such as your Google account, payment method, purchase history, device information, and fraud-prevention signals. We receive purchase status information from Google so the App can unlock or restore purchased content.

The No Ads entitlement is stored locally so the App can remember it on the device. When Google Play Billing is available, the App may query Google Play to confirm, restore, or reconcile the entitlement. No Ads disables interstitial advertising in the App. Rewarded ads may remain available because they are optional player rewards.

5. Advertising

Merge Market Rush may show advertisements where ad services are configured and available. Ads may include interstitial ads between eligible level transitions and optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch for a benefit. Rewarded ads are optional; if an ad is not available, the game continues without requiring you to watch one.

Advertising is provided through Google AdMob / the Google Mobile Ads SDK, and may also be provided through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) mediation with participating advertising networks such as Unity Ads when that runtime is configured. Advertising partners may collect or receive information from your device to provide, measure, limit, and improve ads. 6. Consent and Privacy Choices

In regions where consent or privacy options are required, the App may display a form provided by Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). The availability and content of that form depend on your region, Google settings, applicable law, and the privacy message configured for the App.

If available, you can reopen privacy choices from the App settings. You can also manage ad personalization and reset or delete your Advertising ID through Android or Google settings.

7. Analytics and Diagnostics

The launch version of the App does not include a separate Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Sentry, or Onur-operated analytics SDK. The App may still receive basic technical information through Google Play, Android platform services, advertising SDKs, consent SDKs, or purchase systems. This information may help us understand crashes, purchase status, ad delivery, and compatibility issues.

If a dedicated analytics or crash-reporting SDK is added in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the store data disclosures should be updated.

8. Support Emails and Ad Reports

If you contact us by email, including through a "Report Ad" link, we may receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message content, screenshots, device details, app version, locale, approximate time of the issue, or ad information you provide.

10. Legal Bases and Regional Rights

Depending on your region, we or our partners may process information based on consent, legitimate interests, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or other lawful bases.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. Because the App does not maintain its own user account database, many requests may need to be handled through device settings, Google Play, Google advertising settings, or the relevant third-party provider.

Merge Market Rush is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to collect personal information from children. Advertising, consent, and store listing behavior may vary based on region, platform rules, rating settings, and provider policies.

If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

12. Data Retention

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the App. Purchase records are retained by Google Play according to Google's policies. Support emails may be retained as long as needed to respond, maintain records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

Third-party services used by the App may process information in countries other than your own. Those services are responsible for applying appropriate safeguards according to their own policies and applicable law.

We use reasonable measures appropriate for a small mobile game to reduce risks to information handled by the App. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
